Database Schema Problems

There are a few things in the database that need to be changed. One is that currently the medicalForm does not have a foreign reference to people (it's just a column that holds an integer - no referential constraint) and so Propel isn't aware of the connection and we lose some cool functionality. Another thing is the misspellings of some of the fields. Neither of these have been fixed as of Revision 171.
